CHOP MERCHANDISE Return and Exchange Policy

Chop Merchandise does not refund, exchange, or credit towards orders except if flaws in workmanship are found (as long as the item has all tags have been removed)

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 14 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date.

Claims deemed an error on the part of CHOP MERCHANDISE will be covered at our expense.
